🎯 Your Role
As a Thumbnail Designer, you will:
Design custom thumbnails for YouTube videos, Reels, and TikToks
Research trending thumbnail styles and apply them to projects
Work closely with content creators & marketing teams to match brand aesthetics
Optimize thumbnails for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and audience engagement
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality designs

🎨 Imp. Requirements
Minimum Requirement Needed:
Proficiency in Photoshop (Expert in layers, masks, blending, etc.)
Experience in designing YouTube thumbnails (Show past work)
Understanding of CTR optimization techniques
Ability to deliver 5-10 thumbnails per week
Basic knowledge of video content & branding
